Randal Keith Orton, A.K.A. Randy Orton, is an American professional wrestler and actor whose skill in the ring has earned him worldwide recognition and success. He’s an Aries, having been born on April 1, 1980, in Knoxville, Tennessee. His parents are Elaine and Bob Orton Jr. His mother was a nurse, while his father wrestled professionally. Orton grew up with two siblings. He attended Hazelwood Central High School and graduated in 1998 as an amateur wrestler.In 2000, the wrestler made his wrestling debut in St. Louis, Missouri. He signed a deal with the World Wrestling Federation in 2001 and was sent to train at Ohio Valley Wrestling in Louisville, Kentucky. In his early career, Orton recorded many defeats. In April 2002, he wrestled in his first televised W.W.F. match and won against Hardcore Holly. He was then traded to Raw Brand and defeated Stevie Richards before sustaining a shoulder injury. When Orton got better, he joined the Evolution stable, which featured the likes of Ric Flair, Triple H, and Batista. In 2004, he defeated Chris Benoit for the World Heavyweight Championship. After his win, Orton left Evolution stable following the physical ridicule by its members. Triple H later claimed the World Heavyweight Championship from Orton a month later. In 2007, Orton won the W.W.E. Championship from John Cena in a rematch after Cena got disqualified for refusing to stop punching him in a corner. However, Cena retained the title. In 2010, he won the W.W.E. Championship in a six-pack challenge elimination match. In 2011, Orton landed a supporting role in “That’s What I Am.” In 2013, he starred in “12 Rounds 2: Reloaded” and in 2015, “The Condemned 2.” Several titles and wins later, and in 2018, he became the 18th Grand Slam Champion. However, Orton lost the title to Jinder Mahal. As a professional wrestler, Orton has his signature move, which is called the R.K.O. This move is a jumping variation of a cutter.Orton is a skilled wrestler and actor who deserves every bit of his success. He has had a very public life and was married to Samantha Speno in September 2007. They had a daughter before their divorce in 2013.
